2. December 2024 Updates
- Christmas Flowers: If you would like to sponsor the Christmas flowers, please inform the Kaikkarans.
- Special Blessing for 40+ Years of Marriage: There will be a special prayer and blessing for our parishioners who have been married for 40 or more years, including widows and widowers. This blessing will be offered by our Vicar, Rev. Fr. James Nirappel, during the 8:30 am Holy Qurbana on Sunday, December 29, 2024. After the Holy Qurbana, there will be a meeting.

- Year-End and New Year Prayers: On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, adoration, year-end prayers, and New Year prayers will start at 11:00 pm, followed by Holy Qurbana.
- New Year Holy Qurbana: On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, Holy Qurbana will be at 8:30 am.
- 2025 Calendar: Each family can pick up one calendar from narthex.
- Rev. Fr. Jose Kandathikudy: Rev. Fr. Jose Kandathikudy passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, in New York. Let us pray for his departed soul.
- Church Payments via Zelle: If you choose to make payments to the church via Zelle, please use payst.thomasgarland@gmail.com as the recipient email. Be sure to include the purpose of the payment and your parish Family ID number. Providing this information will help us identify your payment and streamline the accounting process.

- Diocesan Eucharistic Congress: The first ever Syro Malabar Diocesan Eucharistic Congress will take place during Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, 2025, at St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Church in Somerset, NJ. We encourage you to register for this event and join others in prayer, reflection, and worship as we celebrate our unity in Christ. - First Holy Communion: The Solemn First Holy Communion for the children will be on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
- Inter Parish Talent Fest (IPTF) 2025: IPTF 2025 will be conducted from August 1-3 in Pearland, Houston. The registration has begun. Please use the following link to sign up. First, select your category, and then select the items you or your kids want to participate in.
