  • We need more teachers and volunteers for our CCD program. For those interested, please contact the Vicar or CCD Principal, Silvy Cham.
  • We will resume our CCD classes next Sunday, Sept. 11th onwards after the unexpected delay due to parish classrooms and hall painting.
  • The date of the CCD Parents meeting will be announced at a later date.

6. Diocesan Updates

Greetings from the Diocesan Finance Office. In connection with the Episcopal Installation of His Excellency Mar Joy Alappat on October 1st, we are inaugurating two important dream projects which will be a milestone for the growth of the St. Thomas Syro Malabar Diocese of Chicago: Syro USA Diocesan Capital Fund and Syro USA Diocesan Endowment Fund.
We need maximum support and cooperation from our parishes and parishioners to make it a great success, which will be most important for the long term development of our diocese. Please see the highlights of the proposed projects in the link below. Please forward it to your parish family and WhatsApp groups and provide maximum publicity for this endeavor.
