1. Holy Qurbana Schedule
Sunday:
- 8:30 am: Holy Qurbana in Malayalam. CCD at 8:30 am.
- 10:30 am: Holy Qurbana in English.
Weekdays:
- Monday through Thursday: Holy Qurbana at 8:30 am.

- 6:00 pm - 6:40 pm: Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)
- 6:00 pm - 6:50 pm: Eucharistic Adoration, followed by St. Jude's Novena, Holy Qurbana, and the Way of the Cross.
- Saturday: Holy Qurbana at 8:30 am, followed by the Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
2. March 2025 Updates
- Lenten Season: The 50-Day Lenten Season began on Ash Monday (March 3, 2025). The Holy Qurbana will be celebrated daily throughout the Lenten Season. On Fridays, the Way of the Cross will be held after the Holy Qurbana.
- CCD Students' Discipline: It has come to our attention that some CCD students are not attending the Holy Qurbana or are arriving late. We kindly ask parents to address this matter with their children, emphasizing the importance of discipline both in the CCD class and at Church.
- Parish Council Meeting: Next Parish Council meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
- General Body Meeting: The General Body meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 10:00 am. Any subjects to be included in the agenda should be provided to our Vicar, Rev. Fr. James Nirappel, by Friday, March 28, 2025.
- Lenten Retreat: The 2025 Lenten retreat is scheduled for April 11, 12, and 13, led by Rev. Dr. Thomas Karimundackal, S.J. We encourage you to join us for this time of prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
- Inter-Parish Talent Fest (IPTF) 2025: IPTF 2025 is scheduled for August 1-3, 2025, in Pearland, Houston. For registration, please contact the event coordinators Joshua George (469-570-3315) or Aparna Chukkiriyan (972-816-8281).
- Parish Picnic: Our Parish Picnic will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
- 2024 Tax Statement: The 2024 tax statement can be printed from ParishOnNet. If you are unable to print your statement, please contact the Kaikkarans in the church office for assistance.
- Church Payments via Zelle: If you choose to make payments to the church via Zelle, please use payst.thomasgarland@gmail.com as the recipient email. Also, include the purpose of the payment and your parish Family ID number to help us accurately identify and process your payment.

3. Upcoming Events
- Founding Members' Recognition in the Jubilee Year: 2025 marks the Jubilee year of the Chicago Diocese. There will be a gathering of the founding members of our parish on Sunday, April 27, at 8:30 am Holy Qurbana led by Bishop Emeritus Jacob Angadiath.
- Diocesan Eucharistic Congress: The first ever Syro Malabar Diocesan Eucharistic Congress will take place during Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, 2025, at St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Church in Somerset, NJ. We encourage you to register for this event and join others in prayer, reflection, and worship as we celebrate our unity in Christ. - Offertory Collection: When placing your offertory collection in the envelope, please ensure that you write your name, Family ID number, and clearly state the intended purpose of your donation.
- Church/Parish Hall Booking: To secure a booking for the church or parish hall for various purposes, individuals must complete the necessary form from the parish trustees' office.
