1. Holy Qurbana
Sundays:
8:30 am: Holy Qurbana in Malayalam. (Morning Sapra and rosary prior to the Holy Qurbana)
10:30 am: Holy Qurbana in English.
Weekdays:
Tuesday through Thursday: Holy Qurbana at 8:30 am. (Morning Sapra and rosary prior to the Holy Qurbana)
First Friday: Eucharistic Adoration from 10:00 am to 6:45 pm, followed by the St. Jude Novena and Holy Qurbana.
Saturday: Holy Qurbana at 8:30 am, followed by the Novena to our Mother of Perpetual Help.
Note: Those attending Holy Qurbana are requested to follow CDC guidelines to protect yourselves and others. Please note that the Holy Qurbana Offering Book kept in the church narthex should be used only for writing Holy Qurbana intentions. Please clearly state the intention along with the contact person's name, phone number and what date it is to be offered. Please contact achan for any questions or concerns.
2. June 2023 Highlights
- First Friday: Eucharistic Adoration from 10:00 am to 6:45 pm, followed by the St. Jude Novena and Holy Qurbana.
- Faith Formation is the heart of any Parish ministry. CCD Teachers play a decisive role in Jesus' command in Mark 16:15 "Go throughout the whole world and preach the gospel to all people" by passing on the faith to the next generation. Our children will go to different places and share the faith they received. May our Lord bless all the teachers who have sacrificed their time to help our children. We need more teachers and volunteers for the CCD 2023-2024 academic year. Please prayerfully consider helping our children. Those who are interested, please contact James achan.
- Pray for Manipur: In your daily rosary prayer, please pray for an end to the violence in Manipur.
- VBS 2023 is scheduled from Monday, July 24th until Thursday, July 27th. VBS is intended for children from Pre-K through 8th grade. The registration fee is $60 per child, please register in the church narthex. Contact Jeevan James (972) 375-8763 and Silvy Cham (201) 679-1585 with any questions.
- Bible Reading Plan: Two minutes a day with the Gospel will change your life, says Pope Francis. Why? Because you will encounter Jesus. You are encountering the word. Please click the link to read the entire Bible in 100 days/ to read it in 180 days / or to read it in 300 days.
- 152 families of our Parish contributed to St. Thomas feast celebration expenses. Your generosity is much appreciated.
3. Inter-Parish Talent Fest (IPTF) July 14th - 16th

- There will be a Mandatory Meeting of ALL IPTF Regional team & Event Based Coordinators in the Bridal room on Sunday, July 9th after the 8:30 am Holy Qurbana. This would be one of the last meetings prior to the event, so all IPTF Regional coordinators MUST attend.
- There will be a Meeting of ALL IPTF Volunteers in the Parish Hall on Sunday, July 9th at 10:30 am. If you have signed up and been included in the WhatsApp group "IPTF Volunteers 2023" please make sure to attend. If you have not been included and still want to help, please attend the meeting.
4. Marriage Prep Course
- The Family Apostolate in Chicago has decided to do the Marriage Preparation Course (Pre-Cana) in person in 2023. Young adults planning to get married, please register for this course. Our St. Thomas parish is hosting the Pre-Cana in August.
